The Cincinnati Ben-Gals are
a professional cheerleading squad who are the designated cheerleaders
for the Cincinnati Bengals of
the National Football League or the NFL. The unique thing about the cheerleaders for the Bengals is that
each and every cheerleader who has donned the uniform of the Ben-Gals is fans of the Bengals and they do not take
this job for the money or the amenities but for the passion that they have for their own team.
The squad, founded in 1976 has gone on to bag the
prestigious Best Cheerleaders in the NFL Award many a time in their
history and that is just a testimony for their dedication to their work as well as to the cause of the Bengals. The
current leader or captain of the Cincinnati Ben-Gals is Sarah J, who has been
cheering for the Bengals for five
years now. The Team Choreographer as well
as Field Captain of the Ben-Gals is Sunny, who is also the representative
